James and team were so helpful and the facility was easy to access in the time we had there. He was very flexible about access and also moving to a larger or smaller locker as required. I would highly recommend this facility.

Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. This individual should be ashamed to be part of a community and society where respect and decency still matter. Engaging in road rage, using foul language, and making aggressive gestures — especially in front of a young family — is beyond unacceptable. Such behaviour shows a complete lack of character, self-control, and basic human decency. Truly disappointing and disgusting to witness someone act this way in public.

We required storage for most of our furniture at very short notice and James was able to arrange collection and storage within 24 hours. The service was excellent, prompt, flexible and James' communication throughout was superb. Thank you.

We used Guest storage recently and unfortunately had a bad experience which we were surprised by given the reviews. Our furniture was transported to Guest whilst we were selling our house. After the sale we needed to access our things and thought it would be a good idea to go to the storage unit during staffed hours in case there were any issues as this was the first time we were accessing our unit.
