They are a horrible organization. They set up their websites to confuse you - I thought I was on the actual hotel’s website making a direct booking. Turned out I was not. They did not disclose their fees then charged me $550 in “fees” on a $1,000 booking. This is total criminal behavior. I got a 10% goodwill refund and was told there was nothing else they could do. They use deceptive tactics to charge you insane fees. Avoid them like the plague!
Never worked for a better company! They’ll have to hit me over head and drag me out to get rid of me 🤣
This company is the absolute worst organization I have ever worked with or for in 37 years on this planet.
