Terrible customer service. Not reliable, not trustworthy.
This is a terrible company, taking advantage of people with fees . I made an incorrect reservation for the wrong date immediately called was assured it would not be sent through as a transaction which was not what Happened and now I’m being charged with full fee for cancellation! Terrible
They are a horrible organization. They set up their websites to confuse you - I thought I was on the actual hotel’s website making a direct booking. Turned out I was not. They did not disclose their fees then charged me $550 in “fees” on a $1,000 booking. This is total criminal behavior. I got a 10% goodwill refund and was told there was nothing else they could do. They use deceptive tactics to charge you insane fees. Avoid them like the plague!
