Didn’t honor reservation request. The condo they gave us wasn’t cleaned from previous occupants. We waited on the balcony while the condo was cleaned and in the meantime they gave keys to our room to another couple who later walked in on us. Then they disabled our keys without telling us. Took over two hours for them to deliver new keys to us. I could go on but… won’t be back.
