The room wasn't cleaned good i found whit stains on couch and bed covering which I removed from bed couldn't turn tv channel I paid for a king bed and received a standard disability room for but paid for king online I will never return here.
So very clean, friendly staff, very easy and speedy check in and out. I have stayed at much more expensive hotels in this same area recently and this one was the cleanest and had the best service. Free breakfast which not all hotels do anymore and it is right next to the hospital. I wasn't personally staying to go to the hospital, but I saw staff help several guests out with directions, help, etc about it this morning during breakfast. All the staff were very nice,,,,but what my room was disgusting! Especially the high price I pd. I got the 2 queen beds with the kitchenette. The floor I know wasn't mopped, I didn't dare walk barefoot, the wallpaper was splitting open on every seam, the stove was probably from day one too. It was just not worth the high price I pd. I wouldn't stay there again unfortunately.
We Highly recommend this location. It's a great location to have access to the hospitals. Walking distance to eating locations. They offer rides to and from the hospitals. No other location offers this, that I know of. The room was cleaned, spotless. The water pressure was good but not great. My only complaint. Complementary breakfast, had a lot of options. Parking is wonky, but doable. My Rav is the employees. Lovely, courteous and very helpful. Had a wonderful 2 night stay.
Night front desk person was really nice. Room keys didn't work-- twice. TV didn't work. I would stay again if I was having a procedure at St Vincent, I'd probably stay again, otherwise no.
