This place is great. Very helpful while we were here for a family medical stay. Not sure the lady's name. But when we arrived late on the 14th. The lady working the desk was one of the best people I've ever dealt with anywhere. She was cheerful and went well beyond while dealing with us. She explained everything amazingly well. We are still here. But I didn’t want to forget a review. She was awesome!
The rooms could have been cleaner. The lady at the front desk was very nice I left a pillow when we checked out and I didn't realize it until we got home, I called Several times with no answer. I was finally able to speak to someone about 7 pm. They were going to look in the back. I had to call back twice Saturday Sept 6th. No one has seen. It. So it was either thrown away or someone took it home. I am very disappointed about it....
