Motel is old and out dated, but the rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Staff so sweet and accommodating. Location was perfect and met our needs and can't complain about the price!
A Horrible Experience: The Guest Inn Motel and Booking.com Betrayal This review is a warning about the terrible service from both the Guest Inn Motel and Booking.com. I made a reservation and later had to change the dates. After a call with Booking.com customer service, I was told the change was approved by the motel. I had a confirmation and thought everything was sorted out. However, on the original date, the Guest Inn Motel marked me as a no-show and charged my credit card for the full amount.
