We had to make an emergency trip to Lubbock for a family member in critical condition in the hospital. After visiting hours closed, we went to check in, completely exhausted mentally and physically. Unfortunately, they refused service because I had a state-issued temporary ID, even though I had my expired physical ID right there to accompany it. We then asked if we could check in under my wife’s valid ID instead, but that was refused as well. This left us stranded late at night searching for another hotel, ending up costin... read more
Well let's just say..,the truth God understands you deserve to be safe....do your self a favor stay away..
Staff was nice, parking is tricky when full. Bed was comfortable, TV remote is a little slow but shower was good, ac worked. Not bad for a older hotel in a college town
