Another great stay in Visalia thanks to Guest Equity! The large, comfortable house (Uptown Villa with backyard BBQ & Chimenea) was perfect for our needs and a lovely walk to the Convention Center through the quiet neighborhood. I felt perfectly safe. Guest Equity is so responsive to all inquiries and I highly recommend them!

After booking a large home in a remote area for my daughter’s wedding a year in advance, I was notified 12 days before my booking that my reservation was being cancelled due to the sale of the property. They had no recourse for me other than trying to find something else which of course was impossible at this point. They said the owner just notified them and they had no recourse against the owner. Absolutely Unprofessional and Unreliable My family had a booking with this company for over a year in preparation for my wedding — a once-in-a-lifetime event — and they cancelled it with less than two weeks’ notice.
