I have never met a more dishonest, incompetent person as Barnaby Guerzon. For 2 weeks, he led my family to believe that we would be renting this property. He did nothing but lie to us and waste our time. He kept promising to send the lease, but never did. He then, out of the blue, told our realtor to tell us to look elsewhere.
