So, I know they are probably good at what they do, but how on earth is it possible to not get a phone call for a replacement flower bouquet??? Online instructions claim I will review before being sent the flowers, but I get no phone call, no notification on the app, and then they send white tulips that do not even “replace” purple ones. Where is the logic in that? White IS NOT closest to purple. How about blue, red, yellow, black? Whatever. Very disappointed.
Really quick service and beautiful flowers. Managed to deliver to my recipients apartment door even though I had little information about the building. Thank you!!
Every time I have order flowers they have been perfect!
My friend and I sent flowers to our friend whose dog passed away and they did an amazing job, adding perfect touches with what we suggested. Highly recommend, thank you so much!
