I called ahead and specifically asked for a full synthetic oil change and was quoted $70. When I arrived, I confirmed again that it would be full synthetic oil. However, I later caught the technician putting in synthetic blend oil instead. When I questioned it, I was told that the blend is $60 — but this was only after they had already changed the oil. If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a concerning experience with this mechanic shop. When I called to request my service records, I was told they do not keep records of customer vehicles, parts ordered or the work performed, even after I provided my vehicle details, service date, and payment method. I was then told by the owner’s son that I should have requested to be entered into their system, which was never communicated to me. One shop quoted me $570 for a wheel bearing replacement, Guerreros did mine for $350. He earned a lifelong customer. He is so kind and got my work done quickly.
