Edit to the original post…. They were very responsive to the original post and reached out right away. Unfortunately there was an issue with the posted phone number on google which made things a little complicated. Because of that there seemed to be a challenge that has now been remedied. I will leave my original post below but I would recommend the team to an owner to wishes to use the service and as a renter looking to rent from Guerrero. You cannot ever reach anyone by phone. They do not respond to requests for repairs or maintenance. Honestly I would discourage anyone from renting from this company.
Slow to respond to issues in the unit unless it has to do with money. I have not had central air in 5 months when my unit went out in May. They will not respond to me as to why is has not been fixed. Or try to resolve the issue of huge bugs coming int through the few window units they gave me
We used to rent with Guerrero Rentals for years. They are great and very easy to work with. Mili is simply the best! When we bought our house, Mili walked us through everything and was very patient with us as we looked at every house possible. If you are looking to buy, sell or rent…use Guerrero. You won’t be disappointed.
