I signed up through their web portal for a diagnostic on Saturday at 12pm and paid 100 dollars. I was given an ETA of 2pm. I didn't hear from anyone until 3:45 pm and was told that the mechanic was in another city at a bare minimum of 1 hour and 20 minutes away and he still had another dispatch to attend to and he wouldn't be in my city until 9pm. This company claims to have “transparent pricing” however they charge a 3 hour labor minimum and don’t tell you this until after you have booked the appointment and input your card info for the $100 diagnostic fee. Thankfully I was able to see this an email they sent with my appointment confirmation before the mechanic made it for the appointment. The one positive thing I will say is they did reverse the diagnostic fee after we gave some pushback

BUYER BEWARE!!! TRIED TO CHARGE ME $1,000 FOR A $250 REPAIR!!! My serpentine belt went out while driving, the next morning they sent out a guy to do the diagnostic. I expected to pay slightly more for a mobile mechanic, but in no way did I expect the cost to be 4x what it should! And to clarify, this was just the part and labor for a serpentine belt, 5 hours of labor for something that could be done in 45 minutes. Ridiculous. Charged for replacing radiator and thermostat but when my truck kept overheating I took it to another mechanic, they pulled the original thermostat out and replaced it. So call them if you want to be charged for work they won’t do. Maybe the mechanic forgot to do it but after contacting them they sided with their employee after I shared pictures of the vehicles original thermostat.

Incredible service in Austin. My car wouldn’t start and I was dreading the hassle of a tow. Their mechanic showed up within hours, figured out the issue, and got me back on the road without moving the car.
