I too had a bad experience with this business. I called with a sensor problem and diagnostic test said it was the transmission. So this is what was supposed to get fixed. It runs but has malfunction lights on. Richard said it was the sensor needed to be recalibrate by Nissan or the body shop. The body shop also did diagnostic test and they told me it was my transmission. I called Richard and he claimed the transmission was fine. COLOSSAL WASTE OF TIME. dealing with guerrero mobile mechanics has been a kafkaesque nightmare. My service was repeatedly delayed over a month while waiting on a part for my car to arrive. At first, my Guerrero mechanic wanted to go through a private vendor. The vendor was less than reliable. They sent the wrong part first, then, when the part was re-ordered, it never arrived. This was extremely frustrating to deal with. First, communication was horrible. They showed up very late each time they came to work on my truck ******* beware!! ****** They are sending out contract persons that are not accountable to the company and are doing this work "on the side". ************************* The mechanic did not have all the tools he needed and did not fix it correctly the first time.
