COLOSSAL WASTE OF TIME. dealing with guerrero mobile mechanics has been a kafkaesque nightmare. My service was repeatedly delayed over a month while waiting on a part for my car to arrive. I have consistently regarded repair shops as a source of anxiety; however, this particular experience was different. The mechanic exhibited respect and professionalism, offering comprehensive explanations for every procedure. It was truly refreshing.
I too had a bad experience with this business. I called with a sensor problem and diagnostic test said it was the transmission. So this is what was supposed to get fixed. It runs but has malfunction lights on. Richard said it was the sensor needed to be recalibrate by Nissan or the body shop. I signed up through their web portal for a diagnostic on Saturday at 12pm and paid 100 dollars. I was given an ETA of 2pm. I didn't hear from anyone until 3:45 pm and was told that the mechanic was in another city at a bare minimum of 1 hour and 20 minutes away and he still had another dispatch to attend to and he wouldn't be in my city until 9pm.
