I have engaged their services on two separate occasions: once for brake repairs and once for a battery replacement. In each case, the service rendered was dependable and reasonably priced. The dispatcher was polite and kept me updated regarding the schedule. The mechanic exhibited professionalism and displayed respect.
I called with a straight forward question “how much is the labor to put on brakes that I already have?” I was told to pay for a diagnostic test 🤷🏽♀️ when I restated my need, I was told it’s too small of a job and to call my local mechanic. This company is not what it advertised. It clearly lists brakes in its services offered. And there is no need to diagnose on that.
The degree of convenience is unmatched. There is no requirement for towing or delays. Only experienced professionals will arrive at your location.
This was one of the worst experiences. The appt was for 10:45 am and the repairman didn’t arrive until 3pm. He left at 5pm for parts for the repair, they sent a message that he would not return until 8:40pm. However, they sent another text saying his arrival time was changed to 11:45 pm and he didn’t actually arrive back until midnight. AI analysis of every 5 star review says that they were very likely all written by the same person and I wish I had thought to do that before booking them. It’s the surest sign that the company is dishonest or predatory. My experience was awful. After having my vehicle broken into and just needing a new ignition switch, I booked an appointment with these folks.
