I called with a straight forward question “how much is the labor to put on brakes that I already have?” I was told to pay for a diagnostic test 🤷🏽‍♀️ when I restated my need, I was told it’s too small of a job and to call my local mechanic. This company is not what it advertised. It clearly lists brakes in its services offered. And there is no need to diagnose on that.

technician was nice and came on time, was able to semi diagnose the issue for me. unfortunately when i booked the service i was not made aware about the hourly rate and minimum until an email that was sent AFTER paying - at which point the fee is non refundable even if you cancel immediately. honestly just felt really shady to not disclose that prior. so once it was time to get the quote, i was shocked at the deposit due for only a battery change (something that is free at auto zone and takes maybe 5 minutes). im out of $100... read more

This was a very weird experience. I booked the service to replace my battery. I paid the $100 booking fee. A mechanic called me and right away said that I should go through him directly instead of the company. He quoted me a really high price and I was sincerely confused as to what I was supposed to do. I didn’t feel comfortable moving forward because, as a woman, I always get ripped off by mechanics.I tried calling Guerrero to cancel and get my money back but the rep hung up on me. Currently sitting at a 1 star. I had service done by them on August 26 for a coolant flush. On August 29 when I drove my car again. My coolant hose proceeded to come off and cause my car to quickly overheat and I was stuck on the side of the road. When I tried to call to use their “30 day guarantee” no one answered and they wanted me to use their website to rebook and pay another $100 on top of the already 400+ I had paid them. I’ve used them twice now, once for brakes and once for a battery. Both times the service was consistent and reasonably priced.
