Good prices
We bought our house from this association a year ago. We didn’t have any problems with them. We won the bid. We just put in a fair bid and it was accepted. Perhaps some of these people rating them one star put in too low of a bid... hey, banks need to make at least 75% of what they have invested back! We have also been pointed to other properties for investments by these guys, and have not felt pressured to use them as our agents!
This guy is the WORST! If I could give him zero stars I would! We placed offers on several homes he was the listing agent on and he never even presented his clients our offers. He told our agent his clients took another offer however, those were all lies given that his clients homes are still on the market! Due to his reputation of not presenting offers, our agent ask for a written decline of our offers.
