They have been our vet for years. When I called today they were booked and couldn't get us in until Friday. I was worried because my boy Bo had ear infection and scratched it until it was bleeding. I was trying to find somewhere to get him in before Friday when they called back an hour later to say someone cancelled and got him in. I am so grateful that Anita called me back.
When you show up to get dog's nails trimmed and wait for around an hour last 3 trips that's a problem. Need to be able to schedule an appointment and get in in reasonable time frame. I may never return and waste my time.

Dr. Freshwater has been my vet of choice for years now and is the best! She deserves a raise! The whole vet experience with COVID is so different and challenging, but she has gone so far above and beyond it’s unbelievable. I drive about an hour and a half round trip to Guernsey Vet to get my corgi Dew her Adequan shot, and would not consider going to another vet !! Last year Dr. Hill saved Dew's life by diagnosing a torn ACL that the local vet missed even though I had specifically taken Dew to that appointment because she was limping and I suspected she'd torn her ACL. Dr. Hill is so kind and knowledgeable and caring, Dr. Carson takes care of Dew and Anne (my year old corgi) also, and Raelynn is Dew's vet tech who gives her monthly shot. Every... read more
