Dr. Guernica has a terrific personality and it is clear that she truly cares about all of her patients. She goes above and beyond, keeps herself abreast of all new studies and information, and her follow-up with patients is admirable. At worst, she may seem a little flighty, but that's because she is so intelligent that she's analyzing from every angle. The nurses and receptionists are for the most part lovely.
