The facility is beautiful is quite big especially compared to other spas in New York. It’s a brand new facility. 2 steam rooms and a sauna. 2 lounges , great service The Massage was ok ..90mins came out to be a little over $500 with gratuity Wish they had more product options to use in the locker room , especially since they have a large product line . I did the Aura Nobile facial with Christina and I loved the experience! She’s truly one of the best at what she does. She also helped me with product knowledge and I left the spa with the whole Gold Nobile line and the age reversal is unbelievable. Highly recommend!
A wonderful experience - I had a massage with Elizabeth who is not only a fantastic massage therapist but also is a wonderful person. She made me feel so welcome & comfortable which completely made my experience at the spa! I had a one hour facial in addition to my massage, the therapist who performed the facial was sweet but it wasn’t the best treatment I’ve had (a little rough) & therefore I wouldn't book this again.
