This place is absolutely stunning. It is masterfully designed, with beautiful marble throughout, gorgeous relaxation areas, and an extremely luxurious overall feel. From a design standpoint, this may be the nicest spa I have ever been to. Unfortunately, the execution and operation do not come close to matching the space. When I visited, the sauna and Moroccan steam room were both out of service. The men’s steam room also would not work for me after several minutes of trying. Such a beautiful experience and especially thanks to Patience, Natalie and Nick. Patience was such a pleasure to have for my sculpting facial. She ensured the exact pressure I wanted was applied, delivered my skin what it needed (stayed away from what it didn’t!), was so knowledgable and truly dedicated to her craft. My day at the Guerlain Spa was amazing! The environment was clean, inviting and soothing. I love fragrance and I have known Guerlain to be among the leaders in perfumery.
