The rent is somewhat affordable and the staff is friendly and helpful. Like any community, this one is what the residents make of it. Is it perfect? No. Is it terrible? Also no. If you get to know your neighbors and look out for each other, it's a good place to live.
Affordable place to live, plus free water and sewage. Great staff. Easy people to work with. Highly recommend!
