We had a car crash into our home. Residents drive too fast. All we ask is for barriers put up on the side by 47th. Lived here for over thirty years. Stop sign means drive faster.
Although many people have a negative view of mobile home parks, this is a good neighborhood, just as good as the neighboring area with houses. The rent is somewhat affordable and the staff is friendly and helpful. Like any community, this one is what the residents make of it. Is it perfect? No. Is it terrible? Also no. If you get to know your neighbors and look out for each other, it's a good place to live.
