I am horrified at what John Washington experienced today. Firing the employee is nowhere near a sufficient response- this is also a workplace culture issue that your owners and management and employees have contributed to creating, explicitly and implicitly. Get to work.
My favorite shopping place. I think the girls at the deli work hard. I've never had a problem. The quality and price points along with all family members make it always a great shopping experience for me personally.
