I could not be happier with my experience as a commercial tenant in this building. The application and atmosphere are perfect for my business. The building is made up of commercial and residential tenants, and I enjoy being able to interact with both sides of life when we pass each other in the common areas. Building management is very attentive to the needs of their tenants, and it is a friendly environment to work in. Access to the building is secure with keycards which is a plus. I have been a tenant at Guenther Mill for just about 6 years ever since I moved to the area. Guenther Mill is situated in the town of Dover, known for its rich Colombian culture and family owned restaurants. It is right down the street from the delicious ice cream at Dover Diary Maid, within viewing distance of local town 4th of July fireworks, and a short drive away from the Rockaway Mall plaza. We’ve been renting in the commercial section of Gunther Mill for over four years, and unfortunately, it has been an extremely poor experience. To start, the elevators have consistently malfunctioned. There have been numerous instances where employees were trapped for extended periods of time, requiring the fire department to come and rescue them.
