I was a commercial tenant for 2 years at GM and enjoyed my time here. The team was always communicative and it was always easy to resolve any issues I encountered. With that being said, upon moving out, I did not appreciate being charged for renovations for a bathroom that was left in the same condition I received it in. Review for Guenther Mill I was a commercial tenant in this building for over four years. I ultimately vacated due to ongoing and unresolved safety and building condition issues. During my tenancy, the roof leaked repeatedly, and there were elevator malfunctions that trapped occupants. In one serious incident, the elevator doors closed on my hand and crushed it. I was sent a threatening letter from the Landlords lawyer to remove my honest review about my experience renting for 2 years in the residential part of the building. It is of my opinion, that the landlord is a very weird person, and that my experience living in the building was a dreadful experience. BEWARE!!!!
