I was sent a threatening letter from the Landlords lawyer to remove my honest review about my experience renting for 2 years in the residential part of the building. It is of my opinion, that the landlord is a very weird person, and that my experience living in the building was a dreadful experience. BEWARE!!!!
Horrible experience renting in the residential section of the building. They moved us into a unit above a VERY active loading dock without telling us at any point prior to signing the lease. I’ll never forget the sounds of 18 wheelers literally backing into the building, the whole building shaking. The loading dock was supposed to operate under certain business hours, however there were countless nights listening to things being hauled in and out at 1 am. I could not be happier with my experience as a commercial tenant in this building. The application and atmosphere are perfect for my business. The building is made up of commercial and residential tenants, and I enjoy being able to interact with both sides of life when we pass each other in the common areas. Building management is very attentive to the needs of their tenants, and it is a friendly environment to work in. Access to the building is secure with keycards which is a plus.
