Unreliable and unprofessional. I had called for an estimate, we scheduled a date and time and I took 1/2 a vacation day to be at home so they could review the system. The technician was a no show, no call. I called the company and was told by the receptionist (who was courteous) that the tech had had a bunch of emergency calls due to the heat wave and he couldn't make it.
