Called for an ambulance today, may 21 about 4 pm. The two women who came were absolutely incredible...so kind, understanding and just wonderful. Thank you girls...you should be really proud of the incredible work you do.🩷Bev Update.. unfortunately I had to call the ambulance again a couple of weeks later due to severe, unbearable pain in my leg..ended up being admitted and then sent to Hamilton for back surgery. Whoever does the hiring services for the Guelph area needs to be reviewed. Experience with a paramedic who was rude, non compliant with what was asked, and further more continue to lie to the doctor / co-worker to make sure they don’t take any accountability for their mistakes. It’s sad as a Guelph resident of 27 years and having multiple guelph-locals be paramedics it’s sad to see the quality that has gone down in services and human care.

I would like to commend TJ & Julia for an excellent job tending to my partner Sept 30. They were friendly, compassionate, very efficient & shared with us verbally what they were doing & why. He's doing much better. Thank you so much!

Regardless of if it’s an emergency or not, your ambulance drivers need to make sure that wherever they park, they are not blocking someone in from a parking spot! I couldn’t get out and had to drive up on the sidewalk and damage my car!
