February/24 to October/24 had 4 UTI’s. I was leaving 600 ml. in my bladder. Decided to have a TURP which took place in October. One month after that, the amount left behind went down to 300 ml. Today February 3/25 flow and bladder checkup was really fantastic.My flow is so strong, I can write my name in the snow. Woo! Woo! The amount left behind is now down to 123ml. Should be closed can never get a hold of them and when you do they lie and say no referral was sent when you have proof it was faxed lmao! Maybe they shouldn’t hire idiots to answer the phones, obviously they way ratings are going I would fire fire fire
The receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive during my call. I contacted the clinic because my doctor in Kitchener specifically referred me to your clinic, yet instead of offering any guidance or assistance, she responded by questioning why I was calling in Guelph when I am from Kitchener ( because my Doctor referred me ,it's not me who open Google map and chose your clinic for my treatment) .There was no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to help.
