Was one of my favourite places to relax but the recent experience with Monique (one of the attandants) has left me question my future visits. Have been visiting since last 2 years with over around 15+ visits so far and each attendant has been very pleasing and friendly. The receptionists have always been the best trying to provide the required information and allow to talk to the attendants before the session which is helpful in addressing to your needs. Had a chance to visit here a few times and I have to say Lola made me understand why I should always come back. Was hard to get her on schedule but was worth it!! Wasn’t rushed and actually cared not like the ones who steal your money for nothing !! But yea I’ll definitely be back.
I visited the spa for the first time first impression was nice. I stayed with Monique she makes you feel very relaxed, and welcome will defiantly be coming back to see her.
Went by the Spa to visit Anusha again. She definitely a must visit. When I'm in Guelph again I'll be checking to see if she's on schedule
I travel for business and deal with road fatigue and a sore back. Guelph studio is a well appointed, relaxing oasis. Ashna is my go to attendant. She's skilled and compassionate. Since she's been taking care of me I've found my daily grind much easier. I'm there 2x a month now. Went by there last week looking for Ashna, but see wasn't there. Too bad as she was really, skilled.
