We did some research and ended up with Guelph Solar for our house in Doon South in Kitchener. Our neighbor across the street also got panels a bigger more complex system (2 corner houses with awesome looking panels, we both have metal roofs too, and GS was able to handle with ease). The system has been operational for approximately a year and we've had no issues. I had a great experience installing solar panels through Guelph Solar in 2024. They were patient and I did not feel pressurized in any way throughout the process. They are very knowledgeable, and even helped provide recommendations for getting a metal roof installed prior to the panel installation. The panels have been working great for nearly 2 years now, and they are easy to get hold of in case of any minor issues. Highly recommend.
Guelph Solar were absolutely outstanding in the overall quotation, installation and startup of my solar system. It has been a year producing power and has exceeded the calculations provided. The quality of communication, follow ups and great work overall were impressive. I am glad I went with them.
