All staff are very skilled professionals , polite, and friendly . This clinic cares about their patients and it’s evident through the way you are treated while in office . Very positive vibes all around. Highly recommend!
I would recommend Guelph Royal Dental to anyone looking for a new dentist. Everyone is very professional and friendly.
Not a pleasant experience whatsoever. They advised both myself and my wife that we would need to come in for cleanings every THREE months to identify problem areas, even though in previous appointments they said that I had zero cavities and everything looked good with my teeth. If I could give them 1/4 of a star, I would. They also tried to milk every bit of my benefits plan for both myself and my wife, which was also not appreciated. I had an emergency and called Guelph Royal Dental Centre. Patricia was very helpful and friendly. She put me on hold to check if a doctor was able to see me right away, she sent me a link to fill up a form while my husband drove me to the centre. I had half an hour to arrive and made it on time. They did a great job making me feel welcomed, took some X-rays, checked everything.
