They are super helpful and provided great suggestions with colour, products, and methods. They helped me with my office painting project in March and is helping me with my front porch project.
The staff person behind the desk was particularly rude to her coworker and to myself. They didn't know their products, were poor listeners when I asked them questions, belittled me and my project, and were incredibly dismissive when I asked about a product they had claimed to carry over the phone, but didn't have when I arrived. And we don't even need to talk about the >25% mark up on prices compared to elsewhere. No need to make the drive to this shop.
I had an outstanding experience at this store. I had to match a particular color for touch ups of a large room and this was my second iteration of trying to get it close to a perfect match. The customer service person helped me immensely and went through over an hour of multiple iterations of testing various samples that I had brought in. I’ve been here 3 times recently because I just bought a house and am repainting it top to bottom on my weekends, before I move in. I came for some samples and the lady was lovely. Then I came and got 3 cans of Ben and I couldn’t have been happier with the results. The cinnamon slate with glacier white trim, chefs kiss.
