Came in to buy paint for a bathroom renovation and had very little knowledge going in. The store employee was friendly, patient, and happy to help me choose the right product. The store was clean and well organized. I received my paint quickly, and they even helped carry it out to my car. Great customer service.
It's a nice, bright store and I like that you can get large colour swatches. I had excellent assistance from Laura who is very customer-friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I will be returning.
Started going her because a customer insisted on regal by Benjamin Moore. I like the paint. The aura is great, too. To me, high end paint is high end paint. Dulux diamond, Sherwin Williams emerald...I haven't used Benjamin Moore paints too much so I'm going to give them a go for a bit. Laura is one of the associates and she's the best. Always happy, always smiling, always helpful. She's probably the biggest reason I like coming here. It's just a great experience.
