We bought our 1st AFO's from James and continue to purchase from Guelph Orthotics. James is very knowledgeable, patient, compassionate, kind and he is passionate in what he does. Always respectful and answered an queries we may have had. Astrid front staff, she is a wonderful person, always helpful with any correspondence via email or questions we may have. Guelph orthotics was recommended to me for helmeting our baby. We've had such an amazing experience with them. They completed three free scans of our daughter's head just to give us reassurance that her head is growing and a helmet is not needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing a helmet for their baby. They're very honest in their work and won't try to sell you on a helmet if you don't need one.
