So far reception staff have been amazing! Currently waiting on my referral date.
Dr. Giffin is wonderful, and my experience with her has always been excellent. She is caring, professional, and truly makes me feel comfortable. Unfortunately, her assistant is very rude, lacks empathy and has absolutely no sense of customer service, she seems to have no idea how to properly interact with patients, and her attitude negatively affects the entire experience. It is disappointing because Dr. Giffin provides excellent care, but the poor treatment from her assistant damages the overall customer service.
Dr. Strode took great care of me. Both she and the resident Dr (I forgot his name, unfortunately) were informative and clear in communicating what was happening, step by step. They were both very understanding of my being nervous, and took the time to treat me with kindness and respect and answer all my questions, which helped me a lot. I appreciate both your kindness and professionalism!
I have to say i adore the dr seriously she cares but her receptionist omg so dam stern talking to me like I am a dam kid, not a friendly voice at all like a robot and I have a few not so nice conservation with this certain receptionist,, dr strode you can do better. And your patience deserve a better response from her seriously makes me feel awful. If she doesn't like her job go get another one be friendly my dear it won't hurt you at all the date I called was may 5 2026 in case you need to know who was working that day....
