Rudest appointment call ever! My family doctor had referred me to Dr. Kelly Donovan. After almost a year I receive a call from their office wherein their receptionist made a point to tell me that she specially took out time to speak to me for an appointment, not allowing me time to look at my schedule, making me look bad for choosing a date other than what she offered as I already had other medical appointments booked around that date. Dr Dzaja, Dr Strode, and RN Holly are truly amazing.
In my life, I have had truly nothing but horrid experiences with gynecologists. They never seem to have womens health in mind. Today was different, Dr. Strode and her team not only put me at ease, but I felt like they cared. The nurse who took my blood pressure was lovely, the Dr. that was working with her today from McMaster was wonderful, took my history, listened to me, and gave me so much information.
