Rudest receptionist or attendant have no sense of talking to someone who is in need , the clinic might be great but small people like her make it worse
Rudest appointment call ever! My family doctor had referred me to Dr. Kelly Donovan. After almost a year I receive a call from their office wherein their receptionist made a point to tell me that she specially took out time to speak to me for an appointment, not allowing me time to look at my schedule, making me look bad for choosing a date other than what she offered as I already had other medical appointments booked around that date.
