The receptionist was kind enough but the ultrasound technologist was not the best. I would not recommend coming to this location if you’re pregnant and actually intend on seeing your baby for any amount of time. I was shown the screen for probably a total of 1 minute. I was also not allowed to hear the heartbeat. I asked about it and he said “it’s not safe for the baby.” I would have understood if they were really busy and I’m sure they were fully booked but it’s a 30 minute appointment and I was in there for no longer than ... read more
The receptionist was an arrogant and unpleasant person. Went there for a scan. I had my previous scan from hospital. So she told me to do this in hospital itself. The reason she told was that, she wants to see my last report. I already gave her my previous report. Still she was not ready to make an appointment for scan. Then she told they are not taking appointments till November 🤷🏻♀️. I was not there to book an appointment. I need to do the scan on that day. Very bad experience from receptionist.
