I can't imagine this other review being accurate. Richard and his company responded promptly to do an estimate for us that was incredibly reasonable. He treated our small job with utmost respect when other contractors weren't interested because it wasn't a complete bathroom reno. He produced a result that was exactly what we wanted even after we had to make changes along the way. The job was done immediately after the fixtures we ordered arrived.
