i have had an infiniti since 2015 and I have always trusted their service- I would not buy any other car
This dealership is the worst. I would not recommend anyone going here. They will always put profit over their customer. As an avid Nissan/Infiniti enthusiast, dealerships like this are why the brand was/is dying. They left me in the dark 3 times 1st time being with the belt on my Q50. I took time off work and made my way all the way to Guelph, for them to take my money by diagnosing the car an tell me that nothing was wrong, when clearly there was a problem cause the belt wasn’t aligned & made a screeching sound sometimes.
