We just picked up our new car yesterday and once again we impressed by the professionalism and so happy with the vehicle. Raj has helped us for many years with several cars and he always does his best to find us the car we want while using his extensive knowledge to make sure the timing makes the most financial sense.
I bought a 2015 Infiniti Q50S in 2019. Ever since I bought it, it has been making a very loud squeaking noise when braking. They told me it was the new brake pads. I changed the brake pads in Canada and there was no improvement. In 2021 I moved back to Romania and brought the car to the country. No service has been able to solve the squeaking problem, and the symptoms have worsened, it shakes when braking. An update 3 years later: Service at this dealership is still bad. I had been calling in about my warranty parts for 2 months with no calls back from service (Nevone) only to finally have Barb the appointment coordinator tell me that yes they are there after transferring to her from a 20 minute hold with service. I wouldn't recommend getting their used car warranty as it seems great until you find out that they will give you a used part that comes with no warranty once installed. Updated: I have also left a message with Mark and still didn’t receive a call back. Indeed, I also didn’t receive a call back to my message I left with the General Manager of sales. You can’t find me in your database? This is the second time I am a customer with your dealership, but your employee from the service department know to call for me to book a service appointment for my vehicle.
