I have gone to this location I think on 2 occasions. The actual service was fine. What is NOT FINE, is the ridiculous amount of phone calls I get on a WEEKLY basis. This is absurd. This is HARASSMENT. Not only that, but once I stopped answering they called me from PERSONAL numbers. Are you for real? Pretty sure this is illegal to cold call people these days. Blocking the number doesn’t even help. I’m disgusted.
Good sales staff
Went in to get a recall order done for my Hyundai. Excellent service except for when they brought my car out. I had just washed it before I brought it in and when it came out it was covered in dirty water from them washing it. They said they would be emailing me the work order for work done and haven't received that yet.
I would have left less then one but can't Was inquiring about the Acadia. As you can see it has been on carguru over a month. The salesman that call didn't know about the unit and told me it just came in, but he wanted me to come to the dealership. I think this unit was a BAIT AND SWITCH.
