I always look forward to working out with the three outstanding fitness coaches at Fit Body Boot Camp. Dom, Allie and Karen really know their stuff and can quickly modify any exercises to suit my body’s needs. They use great music to keep us moving and they make everyone feel special and welcome. Can’t say enough about coach Dom. His infectious enthusiasm spreads joy to working out. Every challenge I faced during my 12 weeks was addressed and goals were achieved. Making sure my form for each exercise was done correct & safely to reach maximum benefit while working out.

The coaches are amazing! They make the workouts fun, and make sure your form is correct so you get the most out of the exercises! They also help you modify if there is something you can’t do!
