I just have to say that from my personal experience with this office I give a 5/5. I'm always greeted nicely and the ladies at the reception desk are always friendly and patient with me. I get so nervous and anxious and I don't feel judged or anything when I come in for appointments, and they are prompt at trying to see me within their schedules and mine. Dr. Rhyno is fabulous and I can't say enough good things about him. I'd not be here or actively engaging with life in a positive way if it wasn't for his help and diagnosis... read more
Appointment is almost not possible
The receptionist there gossips about other patients in the waiting room & you can hear them clear as day. Hearing them speak about contacting people within Google reviews to respond anonymously is wrong. I have always had cold encounters with Kryslin, very condescending and rude. Sometimes you can get her to be nice back but it’s rare. I have been spoken to, very rudely by her in the past and has told me “it isn’t my problem” that I lost my son and I needed help.
