I’ve received many phone calls to have my appointments rescheduled with Dr Rhyno. When I ask why, because I’m confused why this kept happening… I got attitude from the female caller. I worked in call centres and I worked as a clerk / reception before, I was never trained to get angry with a question. Aside from the frequent rescheduling, when my appointments occur… I’m then grateful for Dr Rhyno’s patience, understanding. Recently I had been trying to get a hold of my doctor’s office, for two days the automated system said “due to illness the phones will not be answered today, call back tomorrow”. When I finally did get through I was on hold for 20 mins. The issue I was calling about was urgent but straight forward, I simply needed my doctor to sign a blood work requisition at the request of another health provider. I just have to say that from my personal experience with this office I give a 5/5. I'm always greeted nicely and the ladies at the reception desk are always friendly and patient with me. I get so nervous and anxious and I don't feel judged or anything when I come in for appointments, and they are prompt at trying to see me within their schedules and mine. Dr. Rhyno is fabulous and I can't say enough good things about him. I'd not be here or actively engaging with life in a positive way if it wasn't for his help and diagnosis... read more
