1827 is great gym and recommend it to anybody. The coaches are knowledgeable, motivating, and really take the time to focus on proper technique and scaling workouts to every fitness level. Greg has developed a fantastic environment for all to work on their goals and every coach has bring their own unique set of skills and experience.
A place that changed my life when I needed it most and now my favourite time of day. Not only do I enjoy the classes and open gym time but the community is what I really love.Everyone there is in your corner and you can feel it in all the classes. Kind and knowledgeable coaches, clean facility and inviting atmosphere to all. Highly recommend.
