Extremely disappointing experience with this family doctor clinic. There is only one receptionist, which makes the clinic almost impossible to reach. Phone wait times are over 2 hours, and even after waiting that long, the call often hangs up without reaching anyone. Having a family doctor here feels like not having a family doctor at all. Dr. Khehra and her team are super lazy providers. The clinic was great when Dr. Jennifer Braun worked there. However, since the safe-injection sites, mental-health workers and liberal activists overtook the clinic, the clinic's services plummeted. I suggest not using this clinic if possible
