I wish there were negative reviews. They don't listen, charge a hefty bill from you and smile Ontario. Before the treatment, I told them that all bill go to Smile Ontario. After the treatment she told me that I have to pay all the bill then Smile Ontario gonna pay me back. Smile Ontario just paid back 20% of the bill. When they called me for the refund, they got my credit card no to refund, I asked the lady to verify the credit card no by repeating, she said no need money is already refunded in my credit card. Too expensive find another place
If we could give negative stars, we would. This place is after your bank account and government funding through healthy smiles. They will rip off anyone they can when they can. 2 of my children had work done, and one was a little extreme . Now, she will be required to see a specialist for more work because of this issue. We looked into the extractions and through another we were told it could have been worked on instead of extraction. Worst dentist ever!!! Would not recommend this dentist!!! Would not listen to me about my children and made me feel horrible if something wasn't done right away. Teeth were pulled when they didn't need to be and made me pay for things I should not have had to as well as adding extra costs after I paid the first time. Worst manners I have seen from the secretary, very unprofessional oh her part as well!!
