My daughter has a mental illness up until Covid the place was great. After COVId new rules and regulations including a medical manager who loves to solve caseloads by terminating patients. In addition, a new reception staff who obviously have no empathy for anyone suffering with mental health disorders and has no training on effective methods of communication-has made this place of services decline.
