If I could leave a zero star review I would. They basically bait and switched the item I purchased with the item they sent to my recipient. Then proceeded to call me crazy. They said that they are allowed to substitute an item if it is not in stock of equal value but the item they substituted was less than the cost I purchased for the original item. Wish I had checked them out first! Ordered flowers for next day birthday delivery online for my 85-year old mom. Gudgers called the next day at 4pm and said they could not deliver on time, they would try again the following day. I hesitantly said that would be fine.The next day the flowers did not show up either, nor did anyone call me. I left a message at their shop that evening and told them to make sure they canceled the order, three days was too late. I also emailed them to make sure they canceled. Gudger's Flowers is GREAT I sent my mom some flowers from here to here work on Mother's day could ask for the better flowers. The customer service was so great. Deliver time was great.

Worst flower shop ever!!! I order flowers for my 77 year old mother for Mother’s Day, and they called me the day of delivery to tell me they were too busy to deliver them. Now everywhere else is sold out, and it’s too late to order from anywhere else. Shame on them!!!

I placed a last minute order. The man on the phone was very nice, understood my panic (at custom order of a batman themed arrangement) and helped me place my order. My daughter just recieved them and is beyond thrilled. They are absolutely beautiful! Even found a little batman figure to place in arrangement. This florist will get my business from now on. Thank you thank you thank you! Highly recommend!

I paid $109.00 for a vase of flowers for a funeral arrangement that I requested to be in a vase, white roses and white orchids suitable for a family member to take to their home afterwards. I was not present for the funeral, but attendees sent pictures of an arrangement that was a huge rip off. It contained 5 roses, 3 green spider mums, and some white stock.
