If I could leave a zero star review I would. They basically bait and switched the item I purchased with the item they sent to my recipient. Then proceeded to call me crazy. They said that they are allowed to substitute an item if it is not in stock of equal value but the item they substituted was less than the cost I purchased for the original item. Worst flower shop ever!!! I order flowers for my 77 year old mother for Mother’s Day, and they called me the day of delivery to tell me they were too busy to deliver them. Now everywhere else is sold out, and it’s too late to order from anywhere else. Shame on them!!!
