I've only had 2 visits so far. My first was with Dr. Plunkett and Marissa the PA. They were both great! Spent plenty of time with me. I now have a problem that needs to be addressed. I saw Marissa today and she explained the plan to improve my quality of life. She told me she was going to discuss my situation with Dr. Plunkett and then have her staff call my to set everything up. Dr. Guda is the best. Great experience and awesome staff.
I've been a patient for a couple of years. Whenever I am in need of something like a medical authorization for surgery or prescription refills, I am ignored. This is true when I call and it is equally true when I send a message via the practice's online portal. I shudder to think what would occur were I to have a medical emergency.
I left the hospital still throwing up and had to call 911 a few hrs.later after getting home, call the office 4 times the following day, no has yet returned my call… still in alot of pain

Incredible! After many years of my wife and I seeing Dr. Plunkitt, I can say without reservation that the complaints against him are unfair and must be infrequent. I have never encountered any of the comments reflected above. He is a superb cardiologist whom I recommend without reservation.
This office is a joke. One does not know what the other one is doing. No one ever calls you back with questions concerning your health. I have a device that has not worked since June 28, 2020. I did not know this until they sent me a letter in November. I called the company who takes care of the devices and they could not get it to work. They told me they would call the office. Dr Cera is a true physician who puts her patient's welfare first. She is very experienced , very knowledgable and very plesant. She always answers my questions and I would recommend her without hesitation.
