The experience we’ve had as a community echoes many of the reviews written here. When GUD (formerly Snow Property Management) took over after the corrupt company we had, we (homeowners) received condescending emails from property manager Michael in which he treated us more as children than as being in service to us. Jonathan Brown owner of GUD Community Management (took over HOA's managed previously by Snow Property Services) has been bad for our HOA. GUD Community Management has attempted to charge owners more than legally allowed per A.R.S. for making copies of HOA documents. GUD employees claim "Per company policy, we do not email items pertaining to records requests."
