No Trip to SF complete, without a stop here. – Even if you don't buy anything, it's a must for a label queen/king. Walking inside, you enter another deminsion, the store is always clean, employees are always well dressed and groomed, and are always courteous and helpful. The prices are steep (one shirt cost me $450), but the quality and turned heads are well worth it. Go see this store
I think they have excellent customer service – They have awesome customer service. My nose was runny and a gentleman brought me a tissue!! Everyone is super nice, the woman helping me gave me her business card so that I can contact her directly for things.

Worse Customer Service EVA! – You're better off shopping for the same bags across the hall at Neiman Marcus and Saks! Poor Customer Service – I've been to this store on several occassions and every time there has been poor customer service. Every time I went there for shoes it would take forever for a sales person to come over to me. I was there two days ago and I waited almost ten minutes for my shoes! On a seperate occasion, I bought a men's collar shirts on sale for $140 each (great deal) for a christmas present for someone. As to the One Star Review . . . – First off it is not Gucci's fault that your wife cannot comply with store return/refund policies, nor read the back of a receipt or simply call them to find out their return policy. On top of that, who spends $12,000 on an article of clothing or an accessory that you are not going to use?
awesome store... – i bought a belt there and i have some belts from dolce and gabbana and cavalli but this gucci one is the one of the better one yet....the staff was friendly and helpful and service was quite quick.....i dont think i wasted 265+tax..only thing i didnt like was that they didnt give my any box to store the belt...i always got a box from dolce when i bought a belt from there...im planning on buying a pair of sandals for this summer. im quite excited...
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE – My wife purchased a very expensive fur coat from this store and without ever wearing it, we decided after a few weeks that we did not want it and decided to return it for a refund. This must be what heaven looks like... – I have had always great service from the store. If what I want is not available in store, they always offer to find it and ship it for me. My only beef is the size of the store. Santana Row has a bigger store with a wider variety of in-stock merchandise. Sometimes, an item will be available on-line, in Beverly Hills or in New York City but not in this store. Frustrating...
