Gorgeous Gucci – There is no doubt that Gucci has amazing, extremely well-tailored clothing, even though they are so very expensive. Right now they are having some great sales so get there fast! Just bought a beautiful cropped jacket (which looks a bit like a riding jacket) for less than half its original price. So that's pretty inexpensive in my book for the quality you're getting. Plus the remodel alone is enough to go and check them out. Customer service was perfect.
Great luxury store, great service – I walked into SF Gucci store without knowling what kind of bag I wanted to purchase. What a great store. Its selection is great with a showcase of the latest bags and accessories as well as Gucci's classic styles. The place was full of international and Americans customers. I was lucky to get Randy who first listened to me to know my sense of style and then brought me several bags. He was friendly, warm and not a hint of being a snob. The place was busy so getting my bag took a little long... read more
No Trip to SF complete, without a stop here. – Even if you don't buy anything, it's a must for a label queen/king. Walking inside, you enter another deminsion, the store is always clean, employees are always well dressed and groomed, and are always courteous and helpful. The prices are steep (one shirt cost me $450), but the quality and turned heads are well worth it. Go see this store
awesome store... – i bought a belt there and i have some belts from dolce and gabbana and cavalli but this gucci one is the one of the better one yet....the staff was friendly and helpful and service was quite quick.....i dont think i wasted 265+tax..only thing i didnt like was that they didnt give my any box to store the belt...i always got a box from dolce when i bought a belt from there...im planning on buying a pair of sandals for this summer. im quite excited...
This must be what heaven looks like... – I have had always great service from the store. If what I want is not available in store, they always offer to find it and ship it for me. My only beef is the size of the store. Santana Row has a bigger store with a wider variety of in-stock merchandise. Sometimes, an item will be available on-line, in Beverly Hills or in New York City but not in this store. Frustrating...
Remember when greed was good? Now it's just ultra-fashionable. – In Short Walking into Gucci is like arriving at the latest downtown hot spot. Dark beauties of both sexes move lissomely about. Museum-like displays highlight strong and simple designs like the well-sculpted handbags, va-va-voom sandals and ever-fabulous Gucci loafers. Whimsical cocktail dresses and ultra-stylish suits prove that "trendy" doesn't have to be a swear word. And shoppers who can't splurge for themselves can indulge the little ones in their lives. Trendy Goods, Mediocre Service – No one in their right mind would come here for classic designs, but you can count on Gucci for trendy, expensive, fun clothes. Service is so-so; the ususal snooty atmosphere is here but it could be worse.
