If you're in LA and you love Gucci this is the place to be. Came in to check out the cruise collection. I've been coming here for years and as usual they treated me well. I always love their selection and the sales staff is always courteous and helpful.
Yeah 1st Review – I get to write the first review for Gucci! I guess the store really speaks for itself. It's high style. There's really nothing to say about the place that people don't already know. I just loved walking into the store. The sales people were a little stuffy, but helpful. I bought this gorgeous brown ostrich clutch there. I can't wait to use it.
Excellent Service at Gucci in Bal Harbor – I called the store in the AM, ask if they had a hand bag I wanted to buy for my girlfriend, they called me back and had the correct size, color for me. I informed them I would be there by 11:00AM...was told it would be waiting for me. I got tied up in the office and arrived at 2:00PM, meet with professional, helpful service, handbag was waiting for me, had it gift wraped, they were curtious, friendly, well mannered well dressed. This is a response to "Terrible Customer Service" by Knudson – what is terrible was to skin an animal so your wife can wear it! if you made a $12,000 purchase, how come it did not dawn on you to ask for return policy? sounds fishy to me! I think your wife wore the coat to show off to a party then wanted to return it! I have a suggestion for you. Put the coat on Ebay and donate what you get for it to ASPCA and ask your God to forgive you for promoting skining animals. Get the bitch a blanket!
Gucci – So i walk in i am greeted with the utmost respect but then when i ask a question i am treated like crud. The employees probally think oh well i work here. And i am like But I shop here. Customer service changes would be great. It made me not hate gucci but now i go to the one in miami because it was atroshious.
Gorgeous Gucci – There is no doubt that Gucci has amazing, extremely well-tailored clothing, even though they are so very expensive. Right now they are having some great sales so get there fast! Just bought a beautiful cropped jacket (which looks a bit like a riding jacket) for less than half its original price. So that's pretty inexpensive in my book for the quality you're getting. Plus the remodel alone is enough to go and check them out. Customer service was perfect.
Wonderful shopping experience – For my birthday my mother bought me a gucci purse and wallet in Atlanta, GA and sent it to me here in Chicago. I was not a big fan of what she sent me so I went over to Gucci on Michigan Ave. to start looking to make an exchange. I was helped the second I walked through the door by a young guy names Robby. Great luxury store, great service – I walked into SF Gucci store without knowling what kind of bag I wanted to purchase. What a great store. Its selection is great with a showcase of the latest bags and accessories as well as Gucci's classic styles. The place was full of international and Americans customers. I was lucky to get Randy who first listened to me to know my sense of style and then brought me several bags. He was friendly, warm and not a hint of being a snob. Nasty Behavior and awful management – While browsing the store my wife found herself attracted to this purse, everything when well until she desided to open the purse, this personal assistant made a very nasty remark and went off from there, finding my wife in a dificult situation due to this person, I asked my wife to leave and then another remark (worst than the first) came up, when we ask to see the management we were given a lecture, and at this point I found myself very upset and demanded his/her present, and this even ... read more
