Gucci at Millennium Mall in Orlando and Boca Ratan are totally useless when it comes to customer service. Save your money and buy a “ knock off “. At least you will get what you pay for.

Hubby and I were in town for a while on a family vacation. We usually shop at our local Gucci near where we live in Michigan however this was a last minute trip . Well I ordered my daughter a dress to wear for her bday. A associate told me it could be overnight shipped for a fee which I paid because she needed something for her bday.
