My husband, brought my Gucci bag to their store in South Coast Plaza, Costa Mesa, CA on December 7th, 2019 for repair. Today, June 26th, 2020, following many conversations with their customer service representatives, I have neither my bag nor a store credit, as promised. Appalling customer service.
