Wow what horrible service. I came in yesterday to return a product I had purchased at the San Diego location. My purchase was for days prior to my return and the sales rep refused my return due to the tag being cut off. He spoke to his manager and his manager still refused the refund. I asked to speak to the manager who came out from the back and was very short and rude saying we can't take this back due to the tag being cut off. THEY DISCRIMINATED AGAINST ME AND I WAS LEFT STANDING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STORE FOR 20 MINUTES TRYING TO HAIL AN EMPLOYEE UNTIL I COULDN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE. AND THEY WERE NOT BUSY AT ALL! THE WORST STORE! THE RUDEST SET OF EMPLOYEES I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKED!!! FROM THE GREETERS TO THE MANAGER ALL RUDE AND GIVE THE GUCCI BRAND A BAD NAME! NEVER AGAIN!
