After spent more than 600 in a pair of tennis, wore them and been caught in the rain, the leather got ruined. I was willing to pay for the repair, but Gucci say NO. I never got a phone call, they kept the shoes for more than 2 months and never called me, and offered any solution. Worst customer service ever. Be AWARE!!
