Today I came into the store looking at purchasing a Stihl chainsaw, the broad range overwhelmed me & I had no idea what one to get. Jason came straight over to help me out, ran me through every single chainsaw explaining the differences, advantages/disadvantages & general usage type for each of them. He then asked what I would be using it for & made a suggestion suited to my needs. I’m a regular who had a disappointing experience. Went in to buy a simple item, turns out there are varieties of the simple item and no one could tell me which one would be best. I was told “I don’t know”. There was 3 staff in the whole place, all on check out. I left incredibly irritated.
