I’m a regular who had a disappointing experience. Went in to buy a simple item, turns out there are varieties of the simple item and no one could tell me which one would be best. I was told “I don’t know”. There was 3 staff in the whole place, all on check out. I left incredibly irritated.

Very impressed with Jason in the Sthil repair section. Was told by another local store that the repair of my BG85 Blower would take 5 weeks. They also told me i should just buy a new one. Jason completed the repair within days and it is running smoothly. He also gave me some good advice on keeping it well maintained. Thankyou
